Paragraph 1: I am studying nursing at college with the goal of becoming a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). I have always been interested in the medical field and helping others. As a nurse, I will have the opportunity to care for patients and make a difference in their lives during vulnerable times. The critical thinking and medical knowledge needed to be a CRNA appeals to me as well. I look forward to learning the comprehensive skills required for this career.

Paragraph 2: My orientation for life and career is to find meaning and purpose in my work. As a CRNA, I will be able to provide comfort to others, develop relationships with patients, and directly improve care outcomes. Though the road is long, I am driven by the end goal of becoming a nurse anesthetist. I want to positively impact people's experiences in the healthcare system one patient at a time. Continued learning and growth in the nursing field will enable me to keep challenging myself both professionally and personally throughout my career and life. Most of all, I intend to create a life centered around compassion and service to others using my medical skills.
